Case Study: AccessBank (Omaha, NE)

AT A GLANCE

With 7 locations around the Greater Omaha area, Access Bank is a hometown bank that’s quickly growing in physical branches, bank assets, and team members.

59% Savings
2 Days
15 Years
Single-Ply TPO (Existing Roof Type)

THE PROBLEM

Access knew that it had been well over 10 years since the roof had been replaced and took a proactive step to get it assessed.

There were no leaks from the ceiling, however, our inspection revealed visible signs of aging such as splitting of the membranes in several areas of the roof. The existing TPO was past its lifespan and it would only be a matter of time before the roof would falter and leaking would begin.

THE SOLUTION

n the case of an aging roof with splitting membranes, we recommend a fluid-applied restoration system. We installed Triton which is more like a traditional roof (80 Mils thick) and acts as a seamless EPDM.

In a mere 6 days, we were able to add mil thickness to the existing roof system to prevent future leaking. The best part was Access bank was able to save about 59% over the cost of a disruptive tear-off and full roof replacement.

FROM THE CLIENT

Highly satisfied with the skills and knowledge of this company. Armour Roof Co. did a complete roof restoration on one of our branch buildings in LaVista, NE.

They were extremely patient and professional as I asked numerous questions about the options they had available to us. I would highly recommend this company.
