The Role: More Than Just Roofing 

We aren’t just looking for someone who can swing a hammer or heat-weld a seam. We are looking for a Service Professional. As a Service Technician, you are the face of our company. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex leaks and performing repairs, but more importantly, you will be responsible for communicating those solutions clearly to our customers. 

You will be working on a variety of systems, including: 

• Single-Ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM) 
• Metal, Built-Up, & Mod Bit 
• Coating Systems & Spray Foam

Key Responsibilities 

• Expert Communication: Explain technical roofing issues to customers in a way that is easy to understand. Provide updates before, during, and after the job. 
• Technical Repairs: Perform high-quality repairs and preventative maintenance on various commercial systems. 
• Documentation: Use a mobile tablet/phone to take clear “before and after” photos and write concise service reports. 
• Vehicle Maintenance: Responsibly manage and maintain a provided company vehicle and organized inventory. 

Requirements 

• Communication Skills: Must be able to speak professionally and confidently with property managers and owners. 
• Experience: Previous commercial roofing experience is preferred, but we value “culture fit” and a mechanical mindset above all else. 
• Mobility: Comfort with heights, heavy lifting (50+ lbs), travel and various weather conditions. 
• Clean Driving Record: Required for the use of the company vehicle.
