As we reflected on the last 8 years we’ve been in business and look to the future for growth, it was fitting to finally formally create company value statements.

We have lived mainly by these principles without directly verbalizing them, so we’ve decided to officially create them.

This may seem self-explanatory. However, there’s more to it. When we consider our work, we will always defer to serving people first.

Our primary motivation is to help people. For our internal team, if personal things need immediate attention, the roof they’re working on can wait. For our prospects and clients, we won’t try to sell them something they may not need.

Committed to Giving

Philanthropy is more than writing a check; we seek to serve others corporately and individually. Many members of our team are connected with non-profits in our local community through the capacity of volunteering time, and we regularly sponsor these organizations.

Midwest Work Ethic

Those who join Armour Roof Co. should know that we’re a commercial roofing company that gets work done!

We do honest and hard work, whether spending 14-hour days to finish a roof or ensuring that our back office is in order.

Always Keep Learning

Our team is continually learning and improving our craft. This means investing in books, training, and onsite visits to learn from other businesses.

We also lean on each other’s strengths and knowledge to develop our skills.

Much like the kindergarten rule of “treat others the way you would want to be treated,” we operate out of a high level of integrity.
