When we first visited Drake-Williams Steel they didn’t originally call us to look at their roof. We asked to take a look because they had mentioned in passing that they had a leaky roof.

This is a huge problem if metal material and equipment is getting wet. After we evaluated the roof, we were able to offer them a proposal that was over 50k less than a previous bid they had received- while having the same warranty and leak free guarantee.

Visible signs of rust meant we needed to set them up with TritoFlex Seal Coat to encapsulate the rust and slow the spread. The majority of the waterproofing work was done in 4 days with a 60 mil waterproofing layer, plus we added an additional acrylic top to reflect UV rays to help keep the building cooler in the Summers.

Two days after we finished, there was a hail storm that passed through Omaha and damaged 5 other buildings on their property. Because TritoFlex Seal Coat is highly resistant to hail damage, this newly coated builder experience no damage whatsoever.
